CPS Unveils High Speed Single Pass UV Digital Inkjet Printer at the SGIA Show
CPS Resources, Inc. jointly with Innovative Digital Systems, LLC introduces its SP2-100. This is the digital future for printing flat and multi-dimensional parts with one single pass. The technology referred to as marking "on-the-fly" has continuous printing speeds of up to 79' per minute. Printing a lot size of one or multiple logos is as simple as loading the files in your computer, no cliches, no pads. The SP2-100 operates by allowing parts to pass under stationary print heads (CMYK and/or white) on a fixture or conveyor while the inks are laid down. Loading the parts, printing, curing the inks all takes place in-line. See a Demo at Booth 1347.
New Products
Thermoforming Foils - Durable foils in a variety of designs for all industries, i.e. automotive. Formulations are available for deep draw while maintaining integrity of design, and scratch resistance. Samples are available upon request.
In-Mold - Labels are now available in rotogravure and silk screen, die cut and roll to roll. All can be designed to fit your application.
Thermage Labels - Made on a PE film versus the traditional paper. The benefit is Rotogravure quality print on the labels. This is a durable and economical decorating method.
