Our engineering staff designs and develops equipment based on customer specifications. Equipment is available in manual or completely automated systems designed to fit any productions requirements.

• Auto Cap Machine
  Custom two head automated foiling system with hopper and rotational fixture to decorate 360 degree parts. View Video.
• Box Roll-On Machine
  Fixture remains stationary while moveable stamping head decorates flat or contoured surfaces. View Video.
• CP 150 Edge Foiler
  Specifically designed for applying foil to edges and end pieces of parts for a variety of substrates. View Video.
• CSF 5100 Edge Foiler
  Used to decorate edge board. Machinery contours, sands and foils the edge of part. Machine has two foiling heads. View Video.
• HVP 0-1
  Decorating oval /oblong shapes. Mandrel and part traverse across stationary flat silicone pad fixture. View Video.
• R-25 Roll
  On 25" roll-on to apply decorative foils to flat and flexible surfaces. Possible attachments include cutting blade. View Video.
• SL 25007 Slitter
  Used for slitting hot stamping foils and similar films up to 25" wide. Slitters available for up to 50" and custom. View Video.
• VRO RT
  Vertical roll-on application with automated rotary table for stamping cylindrical parts. View Video.
