Computer Generated Artwork
Artwork should be submitted on electronic medium (ZIP drive, CD, DVD, or Disc). Vector artwork preferred, save scanned images as .tif files. Camera ready original artwork can also be provided. Artwork can also be computer generated by our qualified graphic design staff at the conceptual stage to provide complete design flexibility as required.
Pad Printing
There are almost no limits to the pad printing process due to the high flexibility of the silicone pad and its variety of shapes. Nearly all surfaces (whether concave or convex) including recessed and special contours can be printed with precision.

Product Assembly
We offer not only our decoration services but also assembly of components required to complete the end product. All decorated parts and assembled parts are inspected on the production line to meet customer standards and requirements.

Packaging and Shipping
Decorated product can be packaged for customer pick up, delivery to customer or drop shipped, if required. CPS can handle and arrange all shipping requirements including bar coding product and special shipping requirements.
R&D
By working with our customers in the beginning development stages of a project we can move a new project along quickly. With over 20 years in the product decoration business our qualified staffcan handle projects of any size. Our quality control department maintains a variety of test equipment ranging from weatherometer, spectrophotometer, light box, abrasion test equipment, etc. We can perform in-house testing and product testing for projects in the research and development phase.
Prototyping
The Custom Decoration division has many decorative options ranging from Pad Printing, Screen Printing, Hot Stamping, and Direct Digital.This gives us great flexibility to handle simple and more complex and challenging projects. Our in-house machine department can create fixtures and tooling for prototype and production parts. Withour diverse decorating options we can assist in the set up stages of a project and also run pre-production and production decoration.

Magnesium Hot Stamp Dies
Durable dies embossed with customer custom graphics. Our in-house graphics designer can assist with all artwork edit and manipulation. Dies are used for vertical hot stamping applications.
Silicone Rubber Hot Stamping Dies
Available in flat, and contoured shapes for hot stamping on flat, contoured, and cylindrical parts.
Silicone Rubber Hot Stamping Rollers
Quality compression molded rollers for flat and vertical roll-on applications of Hot Stamping and Heat Transfer applications. Rollers are available in flat and custom contoured shapes for specific applications.
Silicone Rubber Hot Stamping Sheets
Uses include stamping large flat or contoured surface areas and also stamping raised artwork.
